•  Please submit an abstract of your talk or poster by filling in a form at submission page (you will be asked if you need visa and accommodation).

•  If you need visa, please read our information on Russian visas and fill in the form at visa page to obtain an official invitation from the Organizing Committee.

•  If you need accommodation, please check accommodation page for the information on hotels and for sending your request to the Organizing Committee through an electronic form.

•  If you pay full or ½ (student) registration fee, please fill in the airport pickup form when your flight is arranged.

Please note that no registration fee is needed before the conference starts. (See below the information on the fee.)

The full and ½ (student) registration fee cover organizational costs, access to all conference's sessions and publications and include airport pickup, the coffee break buffet (offering beverages, pastry and sandwiches), daily lunches served at a restaurant, the boat excursion, visit to the Peterhoff gardens, and the conference picnic party. Accompanying persons are expected to pay the quarter price, and there will be an extra excursion for them.

Registration fee is normally paid in cash upon arrival during check-in times. Sorry, we do not accept bank transfers. In some special situations we can accept personal cheques. If you think that personal cheque is the only option that your university can offer to pay the fee, please send us an email to the conference email in order to fill in "pay to" line. Please do not bring cheques payable to any organization, we would not be able to cash them and thus would not accept them.

* Please bring your valid student ID. PhD students are eligible for student discounts. Students from Russian Federation can go free, but they should be registered, please check the table above to see what is included in the free participation pack for students.

*** In particular, the extras include invitation for Russian visa. The invitation and visa can be issued free provided that you have registered on time! If you are late, or have some special situation (say you work at the country other than your citizenship one, and are not eligible for free conference visa) you will have to pay for the visa and cover all extras spent in order to send you the invitation pack on time.
